Kawakubo Sushi is looking for qualified Food Service Supervisor and the detail is as follows.
Restaurant Name: Kawakubo Sushi Sake Organic
Position: Food Service Supervisor, Full time, Permanent
Work Location: 3315 30th Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 2C9
Responsibilities
– Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
– Maintain records of stock, repairs and wastage
– Ensure food quality and service meet the quality standards
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
– Prepare reports
– Train staff in sanitation and safety procedures
Requirement:
– Completion of High School
– 1 year of work experience in food preparation or service
– Able to work in evening and Weekends
– Able to communicate in English
Compensation and working hours:
– $17 ~ $18 hourly and 30~40 hours weekly
