Chatime (102042704 SASKATCHEWAN CORP.) is a franchised bubble tea shop started in 2018 in Saskatchewan. As a member of the largest bubble tea franchising enterprise, Chatime (102042704 SASKATCHEWAN CORP.) specializes in providing high-quality various juices, teas and other specialty drinks for customers through their online order system or in-store services. Due to the business needs, we are looking for a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to ensure and maintain a smooth daily operation and high-quality food services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Supervise daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery to customers
– Gather and analyze feedback from customers and staff to improve operational policies and procedures
– Monitor dining-in and delivery orders to coordinate staff and properly allocate resources
– Plan workload and workflow in advance to maintain smooth daily operations
– Oversee menu development, including regular menu updates and seasonal/holiday menu design
– Monitor budget and food costs, ensuring appropriate stock levels of ingredients
– Document group guests' preferences and special requests for efficient order preparation
– Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and training of new staff members
– Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
– Manage record-keeping systems to track stock levels, wastage, sales, deliveries, and expenses accuratelySkills & Qualifications:
· Completion of secondary school
· Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience required
· Well organized
· detail-oriented and Client-oriented
