Job Duties:
Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
Take customers' orders
Cut potatoes, tomatoes and onions
Keep area clean at all times and sanitary
Removing garbage and trash
Stock refrigerators
At times use deep fryer, grill, dispensers and other equipment to prepare fast food items such as sandwiches, hamburgers, hotdogs, fresh cut fries, salads, blooming onions, poutine, chicken fingers, and beverages
Prepare, heat and finish simple food items as well as portion
Package take-out food
Wash all dishes used
Clean fryers, dishes, utensils, kitchen prep and service area daily
Load and unload the trailer with products/inventory
Job Requirements:
Driver's license an asset
Overnight travel required (hotel and meals paid)
Weekends required (must be available every weekend)
Moving 50lb bags of potatoes and 100lb propane tanks
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
Able to work long days
Must be willing to work out of town several days a week
Work Experience:
Fast food experience an asset
On the job training provided
