Employment Terms: Permanent, Full -Time, Part-time workers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Description:
- Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries
- Maintain work records and logs
- Monitor personnel workloads and locations
- Provide customer service
- Assist with maintenance of communications equipment
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
- Follow-up on issues with work orders
- Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
- Using dispatching technology, process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the actions of personnel and vehicle operators.
- Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
- Arrange assignments and oversee the operations of crews, equipment, and vehicle operators.
