Responsibilities:
o Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
o Place dishes in storage area
o Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
o Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
o Scour pots and pans
o Package take-out food
o Portion and wrap foods
o Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
o Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
o Stock refrigerators and salad bars
o Take customers’ orders
o Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
o Handle and store cleaning products
o Remove kitchen garbage and trash
o Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
o Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
