Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills

Keep records of the quantities of food used, Portion and wrap foods, Prepare, heat and finish simple food items, Take customers' orders, Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, Stock refrigerators and salad bars, Package take-out food

Dishwashing Skills

Place dishes in storage area, Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware

Equipment and Machinery Experience

Conventional oven, Grill

Kitchen Helpers Skills

Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit, Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas, Remove kitchen garbage and trash, Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, Handle and store cleaning products

Food Service Helpers Specific Skills
