Sushi Mura Entertainment is currently looking for a full time First Cook.
Job Description:
– Position: First Cook
– Work Location: 6485 Oak Street, Vancouver, BC, V6M 2W7
– Working Hours: 30~ 40 hours per week (Full-time), Permanent
– Wage: $25.00 per hour
Job Duties:
– Prepare ingredients and cook all food items from the menu
– Assist in planning menus and determine size of food portion
– Make udon, teriyaki, tempura and donburi, etc.
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
– Oversee and manage kitchen operations
– Train Kitchen helpers with advanced cooking skills and supervise them
Job Requirements:
– Experience: 3 years of commercial cooking experience
– Language: English is required
– Education: Completion of Secondary School
