AAR Financial is looking for “Financial Sales and Service Officer” who is willing to make career in financial industry. This is permanent full time job (37.5 hours in a week).
The person should have Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years’ work experience in financial sales and service field, fluent in English language and has skill like “ Forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action, Prepare statements on delinquent accounts, Research and evaluate loan applicant’s financial status, references, credit and ability to repay loan, Submit credit and loan applications to management, Review and update credit and loan files, Interview applicants for loans, assist clients by proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, investment and other financial goals, complete credit and loan documentation, approve or reject applications, or recommend applications for approval or rejection, promote sale of credit and loan services.
Personal suitability will be depend on excellent written and oral communication, judgement, organized, client focus, accurate, flexibility, effective interpersonal skills, and team player.
AAR Financial one of the well-known financial organizations in Winnipeg, Manitoba and selected person has to work in attention to detail, tight deadlines and work under pressure. and should have automobile, personal, mortgage, Business loan work experience.
Salary will be $12.65 per hour plus commission will be given. This is full time permanent job and 37.5 work hours will be there in a week. No transport facility will be given by the company and basic security clearance is required.
