Finance & Credit Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Credit Administrator for Impact Kitchen at 573 King Street East, Toronto, ON M5A 4L3, Canada.

Job duties:

Prepare and deliver timely, comprehensive financial reports (daily, weekly, periodic, and quarterly) to senior management, providing accurate, data-driven insights to support Impact Kitchen’s operational and strategic decision-making.

Analyze and present individual and consolidated Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, accompanied by detailed commentary, key financial metrics, and variance analyses to track performance across multiple restaurant locations.

Manage critical period-end close activities, including the preparation and posting of accruals, intercompany transaction bookings, and reconciliation of accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) ledgers, ensuring an accurate and efficient fiscal close process.

Lead the accounts payable process and full procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle, maintaining strong vendor relationships to guarantee the timely and accurate payment of liabilities, proactively resolving discrepancies, and supporting Impact Kitchen’s commitment to vendor partnerships.

Conduct detailed cost analysis and margin analysis to support menu pricing, product sourcing, labor optimization, and overall profitability strategies.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior Finance team members, reviewing work for accuracy, offering feedback, and supporting professional growth.

Support the enhancement of financial tools, internal controls, reporting processes, and business analytics to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the Finance function.

Assist with payroll processing activities through UKG Pro, ensuring timely and accurate payroll operations across multiple locations.

Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, cash flow reports, and business plans to assist senior leadership in planning and decision-making.

Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as needed, providing insights into new initiatives, business expansion opportunities, cost-saving strategies, and overall financial health.

Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, and prepare recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.

Stay up-to-date on trends affecting the foodservice and hospitality industry, interpreting financial implications and advising management accordingly.

Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and Impact Kitchen’s internal policies and procedures.
Prerequisites:
Education: Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields is required
Experience & Skills: 3 years to less than 4 years of experience
Language: English
Annual Salary: $70,865.60 for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full-time and permanent
