Job Duties: – Direct / coordinate activites of workers such as planting, irrigation, harvesting, grading etc. – Manage the overall farm operations. – Organizing and maintaining farm property, equipment and machinery. – Maintain and ensure product quality. Work environment – Outdoors, Wet/Damp/Rain/Shine
