Job Duties: Plant, fertilize, cultivate, spray, and harvest crops as per the rotation
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Detect disease and health problems in crops and report to manager
Examine harvested crops for any inconsistencies and report to manager
Yard maintenance as required to keep tidy and safe
Other duties as required
Job Requirements: Physically fit and bale to lift 50lbs repeatedly
Able to work long hours
Standing for long periods of time and lots of walking
Punctual and attention to detail
Positive attitude
Driver license is an asset
Work well with others
Experience with grains, canola and peas is an asset
Familiarity with GPS equipment is an asset
