H.R Won Entertainment Corp. dba Egg Bomb. in Langley, BC is looking for Restaurant Assistant Manager to work with us. Our location is at #301-20300 Fraser Hwy, Langley BC V3A 4E6

Requirements:
-Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

-At least 2 years’ work experience as a restaurant manager or related supervisory role
-English

Wage: $26.50 per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours / week (Full-Time/Permanent)
Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation per year

Job Duties:

• Working closely with the Manager to ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly
• Assist with all administrative aspects and duties with the Manager
• Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and finding solutions
• Process payroll for all restaurant staff
• Train and educate all staff for operational excellence.
• Involve in hiring new staff.
• Create and adjust all staff schedules.
• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus
