The Position is for a Executive Housekeeper to work at DaysInn & Suites Warman at 175 Clubhouse Blvd. Warman, SK S0K4S1

The Executive Supervisor is responsible for providingsuperior customer service by conducting themselves in a professional and friendly manner in all interactions with guests and coworkers while upholding the company’s cleanliness standards of all guest rooms and common areas located in the hotel. Under direct supervision of the Hotel General Manager.
Education or Certification Required
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 monthsto less than 1 year
Diploma or Certification from a Hospitality Program is a benefit
WHIMIS
Experience:
6 months of Housekeeping Experience
2 years of Supervisory or Management Experience
1 year of Customer Service Experience

Guest Service:
- Internal Hotel Sales by positively representing and promoting the property
- Offers guests assistance whenever possible.
- Responsible for resolving escalated customer relations issues related to their department
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies andservices.
- Must respond to and follow-up on all guest requests to ensure customers are satisfi ed with thehotel’s services and accommodations.
- Ensures systems and procedures are in place and followed for guest safety and security
Department Responsibilites
- Maintain and Exceed Property CleanlinessRanking
- Work with the GM to ensure adequate staff levels
- Coordinate with the GM on schedules
- Coordinate with the GM on the hiring process ofnew staff members
- Train, monitor and coach all new room attendants
- Continually monitor and work with room attendant’s performance
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching anddiscipline
- Establish and Maintain positive employee moral
- Maintain and Order inventory for the department
- Ensure all safety, health, sanitation and departmental procedures are followed
- Liaison with Maintenance and Front Desk teams to ensure smooth running operations
- All projects assigned by the GM
Daily Responsibilities
- Assigning Daily Tasks of Room Attendants
- Monitor staff performance to ensure highest levelof quality
- Room inspects all arrival rooms to ensure highestlevel of quality
- Completes daily housekeeping report
- Coordinating with the other departments toensure all guest and rooms requirements are met
- Clean rooms and do laundry as required byoccupancy levels
- Assure all rooms are set up to companystandards.
- Coordinate with the different departments toensure customer satisfaction
- Work on short term and long term projects.
