Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $17.00~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 102-5281 Rutherford Road, Nanaimo, BC V9T 5N9

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff regarding food preparation and serving
• Ensure the quality of overall service and food follows the standards
• Monitor the inventory and estimate and order supplies
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Establish staff work schedules and procedures
• Address customer complaints or concerns
• Hire and train food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
• Language: English
