Education: Completion of secondary school required. preference will be given to people having cooking certificates and/or diploma.  

Work Experience: Should have at least 3 years of relevant experience

Job duties: 

• Should be able to cook specialized dishes like Argentinian pasta, pizza and other bakery items.

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers and handle entire kitchen operations 

• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment and order supplies

• Maintain hygiene and overall cleanliness of the working area

• Experience preparing Argentinian sauces 

• Prepare dishes for people with allergies 

• Follows original recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.

• May hire staff at a later point after he gains experience in the restaurant.

• Train and guide the existing kitchen staff
