Requirements:
– Completion of high school
– Minimum 2 years work experience in food service
– Supervisory experience is an asset

Job Duties:
– Supervise the serving of meals to customers.
– Ensure that food and service meet high standards.
– Prepare work schedules and supervise work performance of staff.
– Estimate and order food and supplies needed to operate the restaurant.
– Help to train new employees.
– Answer to customers or staff questions and complaints.
