Primary Job Duties:
- Integrate online media to build brand equity and drive sales with target audiences; strong understanding of how to use e-commerce/direct to consumer, social media & latest technologies to drive consumer engagement and be disruptive online
- Formulate and implement customer loyalty programs to drive up customer engagement, encourage recurring sales, onboard new brand partnerships, and enhance reward program offerings and grow program members
- Derive critical insights from consumer research, campaign data, and digital analytic to drive marketing, brand strategy and make strategic investments across digital channels
- Participate in online and media research for conducting competitive product, assessing trendy of electronic furniture & Smart Home and analyses the new product opportunities
- Help govern the delivery of marketing campaigns through the introduction of new processes and ensuring the successful completion of key milestones
- Contribute to strategic priorities for the business through market analysis, market sizing and target segmentation analysis, competitor analysis, customer research and surveys, online and offline traffic monitoring and more
- Create and optimize marketing KPI to track data related to marketing initiatives, track ROI, measure success and inform strategy
- Design promotion plan for particular events such as Black Friday or Boxing Day; forecast the amount of promotion product; determine inventory level maintenance rules, and prepare for the stock, turnover and inventory clearance
- Provide leadership for internal and external team teams on developing marketing campaigns and projects to optimize social media, SEO, paid advertising, KOL and KOC commissioned, content production, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in Business, Marketing and Public Relationship Background; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience and 3 years of experience in a senior role
- Substantial experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies in the e-commerce or online retailing industry
- Participated in any membership awards/ consumer loyalty programs with designing, implementing and evaluating
- Comfort with developing research plans, analyzing data, business casing opportunities, developing recommendations, and gaining buy-in, and creating marketing strategies
- Excellent project management skills and proven ability to lead the overall management and successful execution of integrated project plans, timelines, and deliverables within budget
- Great techniques in planning, writing and producing a wide variety of high-quality advertising, promotional material, media release, etc.
