Description
We are looking for a well experienced Drafter for our company McCallum HVAC Design Inc located at 2 Dewside Drive Unit #208 Brampton ON Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and prepare individual, customized designs and drawings from Initial Concepts, Sketches, and Specifications Listed by clients.
- Supervise and train other drafting personnel.
- Use AutoCAD & Revit to prepare customized HVAC specifications including design sketches, Materials Charts, and estimated completion schedule.
- Organize and update all changes to technical drawings and designs as requested by clients and engineers.
- Transition and transfer construction specifications into professional documentation packages and produce drawing sets.
- Write technical reports, write specifications, estimate costs and materials, Complete documentation packages and drawing sets, Read and interpret blueprints, Examine drawings for conformity and errors
Prerequisites:
Education: College diploma; Architectural Technology or HVAC Technology proficient in AutoCAD
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years
Using AutoCAD & REVIT
Ability to Multi-task and be organized
Ability to work within a team.
Good Communication and people skills
Display initiative and pro-active approach to accomplishing tasks and

Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 28 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % vacation pay, Mileage paid
