LOOKING FOR ONE PERMANENT FULL TIME POSITION OF DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AT MAPLE SK INC.

 

About us:

Maple SK Inc. is a Superfood Mart and a Toronto-based entity that imports products from India, Turkey, and other countries, and resells organic as well as non-organic food from local suppliers. The Company sells these products through its retail store and online channels to locals, tourists and people working nearby.

 

What we are looking for:

A dynamic and driven individual who has the necessary skills in operations to grow the company and is also well versed in managing staff.

Main Duties are:
 

  • Establishing objectives for Maple SK Inc. and formulating or approving policies and programs
  • Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establishing financial and administrative controls; formulating and approving promotional campaigns; and approving overall personnel planning
  • Organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Overseeing daily activities and operations of the company
  • Selecting middle managers, supervisors, or other executive staff
  • Representing the company, or delegating representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.

 

EDUCATION: Master’s Degree
EXPERIENCE: 5 years’ experience in senior management positions

LANGUAGE: English

LOCATION OF WORK: #208-212, Augusta Ave, Toronto, ON, Canada, M5T 2L6

SALARY: $57.00/Hr for 30 Hours per week
BENEFITS: vacation Pay
START DATE: Dec 1st, 2022
