M&S Truck Repair Ltd. is hiring 1 Full-time and permanent “Diesel Mechanic”
Permanent Position: Diesel Mechanics
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time (Overtime, Weekend, Evening, if required.)
Salary: CAD $ 34.10 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay
Positions Available: 1
Education: Not Required
Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience
Languages: English
Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 14684, 64 Ave, Surrey, BC V3S 1X7 Canada
Job Duties:
- To adjust, repair or replace parts & components of commercial transport truck and truck-trailer systems including engine, chassis, steering, brakes etc.
- Test & adjust repaired systems to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools for mechanic work and diagnosing faults, defects, or malfunctions in the engines
- To check regular safety devices on truck and trailers such as engine lubrication, battery etc. for proper performance.
- Perform scheduled maintenance services as per company requirement
