Term of Employment: Full time permanent

Work Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Benefits:  Medical extended health benefits after 3 months

We are a growing sustainable deconstruction/demolition brand in Metro Vancouver. We have 14 years of experience in the construction industry and we continue to build solid long-term relationships with general contractors.

We are looking for smart and skilled individuals who want to join our team as full-time employees, who can see the long term benefits we provide. We work on a wide range of projects in residential and commercial construction, with varying levels of complexity and length.

Job duties:

• Complete deconstruction/demolition work safely efficiently
• Remove and deconstruct drywall, floors or any type of material that needs to be demolished
• Removing debris at the construction sites using wheelbarrows and other equipment
• Assisting in using the jack hammer, jammer and other hand tools with deconstruction
• Ensure the job site is clean and tidy
• Organizing tools for the Foremen
• Providing Foremen updates regarding timelines and time
• Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas
• Assist the Foremen to set up and take down of job sites
• Coordinate garbage pickup and drop off
• Perform other activates at construction sites, as directed

Qualifications:

• Professional, capable, smart and hard working
• Comfortable with ladder and/or occasional scaffolding work
• Not afraid of dusty/dirty environments
• Have a smart phone and reliable transportation
• Able to work days and occasional night shift as required
• Interested in working on occasional away project (BC only)
