Big Lug Disposal & Recycling Ltd.  is currently in the process of looking for 1 full time demolition foreman

 

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location:

Various locations in the lower mainland British Columbia.

 

Wage rate: $38.00 per hour, overtime will start after 40 hours per week

 

Eligibility:

·      Secondary diploma

·      2 or more years of related experience

·      English language 

 

Job Duties:

 

·      Coordinate, and schedule for daily activities.

·      Monitor compliance with health and safety standards on-site.

·      Develop strategies to maintain efficient workflows and project deadlines.

·      Advise on staffing needs and manage team-related decisions.

·      Procure necessary tools, equipment, and materials for tasks.

·      Manage teams and oversee demolition processes to ensure quality and safety.

·      Facilitate training sessions or coordinate professional development for team members.
