$20.50 Hourly, for 30.00 Hours per week

No formal education required.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience required

Languages:
Written and Spoken English is required.

Duties:

Supervise and co-ordinate delivery persons’
Assign delivery workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Coordinates with dispatcher to ensure deliveries, exchanges and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Ensure shipping and receiving operations are secure and operating in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new staff.
