ANDO Salon & Laser is seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Services Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Position: Customer Service Supervisor – Retail (NOC 62010) – Full-time

* Job Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk and customer service staff in a fast-paced salon environment.
-Oversee all aspects of customer interactions, including greeting clients, managing appointments, answering inquiries, and promoting salon services and retail products.
-Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and handle customer feedback or concerns professionally.
-Monitor and manage inventory levels of salon and retail products; coordinate restocking and product display.
-Support the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
-Step in to perform customer service tasks when necessary.
* Qualifications:
-Completion of secondary school is usually required.
-Previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, salesperson is usually required.
