We are looking for a “Corporate Chef” for Royal Paan head office located at 2150 Steeles Avenue East Brampton ON L6T 1A7 CANADA.

Royal Paan® is a chain of franchised restaurant in Canada and USA. We serve authentic Indian Paan, milkshakes, falooda kulfis, Chaats and East Indian Street Food. Royal Paan® is now expanding their product line and added few south Indian dishes to the menu. To create an extensive and unique menu we are looking for Corporate chef. A Corporate Chef must be well experienced in various East Indian Street Foods Such as Pav Bhaji, Dosa, Batata Wada, Bhel, Chaats Etc.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee, and Inspect Cooking operations of all locations in Canada.
• Help franchisor to update menu and add new dishes or product.
• Create a Standardized Recipe Book for all items.
• Supervisor and train cooks according to the Royal Paan Recipes in all locations to maintain unique taste and consistency over all locations.
• Help Franchises in hiring and training local cooks.
• Analyze cost of the recipes to establish recommended price.
• Help in procuring quality raw materials to maintain quality of the products served at all Royal Paan locations.
Prerequisites:
Education: Some high school or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in cooking
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 17 to $ 19 per Hour for 35 to 44 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
