We are looking for a full-time Sushi Cook positions.

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Job Title: Sushi Cook
Wage: $16.00 per hour
Working Hours: 35~40 hours per week (full-Time & permanent position)
Benefit(s): 3 weeks paid vacation
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
-Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
-Cut and trim tuna, salmon and other fish.
-Make nigiri sushi, sashimi, roll sushi, and special roll sushi.
-Order supplies and equipment
-Clean work area.
Requirements:
– Completion of high school
– Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience as a cook
– English
