We have openings for Cooks at our “Sbarro’s” restaurant (2435820 Ontario Inc.) located at 220 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M5B 2H1. If you have what it takes to succeed in this healthy environment, then this is a position for you.

Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Cuisine: Italian

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Plan menus, determine size of food portions
  • Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations

 

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Overtime required, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods, Work under pressure
