LIVEGA SURREY BBQ LTD. dba BB.Q CHICKEN SURREY GUILDFORD in Surrey, BC is looking for a skilled and experienced Full-time, Permanent Cook.

Conditions:

Ÿ  Position: Cook (Full-Time, Permanent position)

Ÿ  Wage: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (wage to be determined based on experience and skills)

Ÿ  Working hours: 30-40 hours per week, 5 days a week

Ÿ  Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)

Ÿ  Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4 % gross salary

Ÿ  Benefit: Tips, Staff meal, Staff discount

Ÿ  Positions Available: 1

Requirements:

Ÿ  Education: Completion of secondary school

Ÿ  Experience: 3 years or more commercial cooking experience as a Cook

Ÿ  Language: English

·         Prepare and cook dishes such as fried noodle, rice donburi, spicy rice cake and different flavors of Korean Fried Chicken such as golden fried Chicken, secret sauced chicken, cheesling Chicken, mala hot chicken, cheese bul-dak and etc.

·         Ensure to maintain high quality of foods.

·         Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·         Monitor and order supplies

·         Oversee kitchen operations

·         May clean kitchen and work area
