Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per recipes
Prepare and cook special meals to comply with allergies
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment as required per shift
May set up and oversee buffets as well as take down
Clean kitchen and work area to keep a sanitized work area
May hire and train kitchen staff as well as transfer skills
