Hours:
30-40hours per week
Benefits:
4% vacation pay
Group insurance benefits after 3 months
Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook dishes.
– Plan menus and estimate costs of ingredients.
– Maintain inventory and record accurate food and all the supplies.
– Oversee kitchen operation, train new staff and supervise helpers.
– Ensure that the kitchen area is cleaned and sanitized at the end of the shift.
– Cooperate with other restaurant workers to ensure smooth operation
