Description
Duties:
· Manage kitchen operations;
· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
· Plan menus, estimate food requirements and costs;
· Ensure quality of food and determine size of food, proportions;
· Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor supplies;
· Order supplies and equipment;
· Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
Education: High school
Experience: 2+ years
Terms of employment: Permanent
Wages: $17/ hr for 35 hours/week
