Job Description:
- Prepare and cook sushi, sashimi and rolls
- Dress various raw fishes by deboning
- Assist in planning seasonal/signature menu items
- Determine food portion sizes
- Monitor food and/or kitchen supplies
- Train other kitchen staff
Job Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school is required
– Min. 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
Term: Full-Time (30~40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $16.50 per hour
Benefit: 4% of salary as vacation pay
