Sashimi Sushi Restaurant is looking for a full-time and permanent Cook position.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year OR 4% of vacation pay
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook complete Japanese meals from the menu.
– Make various kinds of sushi rolls, special rolls, sashimi, etc.
– Help to create new menus.
– Clean kitchen and own work area.
– Prepare food for service including chopping vegetables, preparing fish, preparing sauces.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2~3 years of cook experience
– Completion of high school
– English
