Title of position: Cook/ Pastry Cook
No. of Positions: 3
Terms of employment: Full-time Permanent
Wages: $19.00/hour
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation pay

Location of work: 8171 Ackroyd Road, suite 100 Richmond, British Columbia V6X 3K1

Job duties:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to the restaurant’s menu; Pasrty Cook has to make dimsum, pastries etc
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations in a very busy restaurant
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work area as per standards
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

Qualifications:
Minimum education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
Minimum experience: 1-2 years’ related experience
