3 years and more work experience
Sanitize/clean work stations and kitchen utensils to ensure saftey and health standards are maintained.
Supervise all kitchen staff and ensures food is prepared and presented in accordance to brand and company standards.
Prepare dishes on menu with modifictaions if required as per customer preferences.
Supervise and train kitchen staff on how to prepare various dishes, cooking techniques and to operate kitchen equipment.
Should hold expertise in hakka and tandoori cuisine style cooking.
