Job Position: Cook, Full time, Permanent
Job Location: 102-2201 Holdom Ave Burnaby BC Canada V5B0A2
Salary Rate: $15.20 ~ $17.00 per hour / 40 Hours per week
Duties:
- Responsible for the production of Japanese food such as rolls, sushi, sashimi and other dishes that are on the menu
- Estimate food requirements and costs
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Responds promptly and courtesy to guests’ requests and satisfy them with quality of food and service
- Maintain cleanness throughout work area
- Coordinate work with kitchen staff
Qualifications:
– 2 year or higher of commercial cook experience or completion of college or other program in culinary or related.
– Available to work in evening and weekend(s)
– High School graduation or higher
– Able to communicate in English
