Job requirements:
2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
Educational Requirements:
Completion of secondary(high) school
Language Requirements:
English
Start date:
ASAP
Wage:
$16-18/hour (depending on Experience)
Hours:
40hours per week
Benefits:
10 days paid vacation or remuneration of 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Prepare food items and cook complete dishes.
- Ensure that the food preparation area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of shift.
- Oversee kitchen operation and supervise helpers.
- Train kitchen staff in preparation.
- Maintain inventory and record accurate food and all the supplies.
- May plan menus and costs based on food ingredients and monitor and order supplies.
