The Ritz Cafe&Motor Inn is looking for 2 cooks in our location.
We have a restaurant located inside our inn where we are in need of 2 cooks to join in and work as soon as possible. We are located in 5032 Caxton St. West Whitecourt, Alberta.

Vacancy: 2
Employment Condition: Full-Time, Permanent
Work hours: 30-40 hours
Wage: $16
Experience: 1-2 years of work experience as cook
Overtime: After 40 hours of work per week at a rate of 1.5 times the regular wage
Vacation: 10 days per year

Duties:
– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
– Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
– Inspect kitchens and food service areas
– Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,
– Order supplies and equipment, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
– Clean kitchen and work areas, Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
