Tokyo John is looking for experienced Cook to join our team
Restaurant: Tokyo John
Work Location: 3365 Cambie Street, Vancouver BC, V5Z 2W6
Position: Cook, Full time, Permanent
Wage and working hours: $15.00~$17.00 per hour and 30~40 hrs per week (full time)
Duties:
– Prepare and cook various Japanese food on the menu such as sashimi sushi, roll or tempura, yaki soba, teriyaki etc.
– Prepare and create paste or sauce for the menu
– Train kitchen helpers and oversee kitchen operation
– Monitor food inventory stock and order when needed
– Maintain cleanliness of work area
Requirement:
– Min 2 years of commercial cook experience
– Able to work in evening and Weekends
– Able to communicate in English
– Completion of secondary school
