PSI Sushi & Roll Ltd. dba Sushi & Roll Japanese Restaurant in Surrey, BC seeks F/T Cook

Position: Cook

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Wage: $15.20~$18.00 per hour (depend on experience)

Working Hours: 30~40 hours per week

Job Location: 103-10241 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V3T 2W6

The Cook is expected to perform the following duties:

• Prepare and cook individual Japanese dishes such as sushi rolls and sashimi.
• Develop and improve fusion style menu items.
• Determine size of food portions.
• Estimate food requirements and cost.
• Supervise and train kitchen helpers.

Requirements:

• 1~3 years of cook experience
• Completion of Secondary School
• Language: English
