Job duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare and cook special meals for guests as instructed by kitchen manager
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Set up and prepare large parties
• Maintain a clean kitchen and workplace
• Plan and determine portions for food costs and monitor order supplies
• Train new kitchen staff
