Prince Edward Island Coffee Inc o/a The Kettleblack PEI is looking for a cook.

Location – 45 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PE, C1A 4A4

Working Hours– 35-40 hours per week, Permanent full-time position

Salary – $29.00 per hour

Education– No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience– 2 years to less than 3 years

Job duties–

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas, clean kitchen, and work areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of foods
• Organize and manage buffets and banquets
• Order supplies and equipment
• Preparing ingredients to use in cooking
