Working Hours: 35~40hrs per week, 5 days a week, may have to work overtime if needed

Harrison Corner Café offers full dining services specialized in brunch. We are located at the resort town of Harrison Hot Springs and our restaurant is a local favorite with huge influx of tourists during the season of spring and summer.
Main duties
- Maintain the work area, including counter tops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration equipment in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Follows all food service safety protocol, temp logs, and sanitation logs
- Ensure knowledge of all menu and all food products
- Must be able to organize and prioritize workloads to efficiently produce high quality products in a timely manner
- Preparing and properly cooking all breakfast item
- May assist bakers, chefs, cooks, kitchen helpers, at any given time
- Work with the Executive Chef on developing Breakfast and Lunch Menus
- Prepare Breakfast and Lunch Meals
- Manage the kitchen when the Chef is out
- Responsible for Shore Lunch setup and cleanup
Employment Requirements
- Completion of secondary school
- Minimum two years of commercial cooking experience as a cook
- English is required
- Be able to work under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
