RA Sushi in Abbotsford, BC is looking for a Cook to work with our team.

Title: Cook
Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Wage: CAD 18.50 – CAD 20.50 per hour, At least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation
Location: 1878 McCallum Road suite 110, Abbotsford, British Columbia V2S 0H9

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school education
• 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience

Main Duties:

• Oversee kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook cuisine from the menu such as sushi, sashimi, rolls, bento boxes, tempura, teriyaki, udon, salad, and etc.
• Prepare salad dressings and sauces
• Determine portion of food, arrange and garnish dishes
• Ensure to maintain high quality of foods
• Monitor and order supplies
• Train kitchen helpers or new cook with advanced cooking skills
• May clean kitchen and work area
