Wage: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Main duties

 

·       Plan, prepare and cook our complete Japanese style dishes on menu

·       Make various types of sushi, sashimi, roll sushi, salad and combination sushi

·       Develop new menu and special dishes

·       Make sauces for dishes on menu

·       Schedule and supervise kitchen staff

·       Supervise kitchen helpers and train them if needed

·       Oversee sushi bar/kitchen operations

·       Monitor and order supplies instructed by head chef

 

 

Employment Requirements

·       Completion of secondary school

·       Minimum two years of cooking experience as a cook

·       English is required
