We are fully serving Canadian & Japanese style cuisine in Chilliwack, B.C and we are looking for hiring the experienced cooks for preparing this summer season, and I would like to look for friendly staff, who can give our customers an amazing experience.

Position: Cook.

Main Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking(chopping, peeling vegetables, cutting meats, etc.)
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Prepare food summaries for a chef according to requests from special customers.
• May clean kitchen and work area.
• Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc.
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
• Ensure all food meet food safe and quality standard.

Requirement:

• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• 2+years of cooking experience is required.

Wage: $16.50 ~ $18.00 per hour.

Working Condition: 30 ~ 40 hours/week.

Working Location: #23-5725 Vedder Road, Chilliwack, BC, V2R 3N4.
