Hanayuki Restaurant Inc. dba Hanayuki Sushi is looking for full time permanent cooks to join the team as soon as possible.

Job Details

Location: 221 Ioco Rd #100, Port Moody, BC V3H 4H2

Hourly wage: $20.00 to $24.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Vacancies: 2

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week

Start date: As soon as possible

Work setting: Restaurant

Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

• Inspect kitchens and food service areas

• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

• Clean kitchen and work areas
