We are fully serving Canadian & Japanese style cuisine in our pub & restaurant in Esterhazy Motor Hotel in SK. Now we are hiring the experienced Cook.

Employer: Temsland-Maurice Holdings Ltd. (o/a Esterhazy Motor Hotel)

Position: Full-time Cook

Vacancy: 2

Wage: $15.00 ~ $16.00 per hour

Working Condition: 35-40 hours a week.

Benefit: 5.77% of gross income for paid vacation per year.

Working (Business) Location: 1020 Park Ave., Esterhazy, SK, S0A 0X0

Responsibilities:

– Set up a workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.

– Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)

– Cook complete various foods according to our recipe.

– Check food while cooking to stir or turn.

– Check the quality of ingredients.

– Order or receive food supplies after selecting the best qualities.

– Ensure all food meets food safe and quality standards.

– Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc.

– Clean kitchen and work area.

Requirement:

– Completion of secondary school

– 2+ years of commercial cooking experience is required.

– Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, boiling etc.)

– Good communication skills

– Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
