Education: No Degree, Certificate or Diploma

Experience: At least two years of experience

Terms of Employment:

• $22.00 per hour
• Full-time 40 hours per week, overtime as required 
• 4% vacation pay

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook complete meals
• Prepare meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances;
• Assist Chefs in the food preparation process as needed;
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas;
• Maintain Inventory and assist with deliveries and restocking;
• Organize and manage buffets and banquets;
• Clean kitchen and work areas;
• Ensure correct handling procedures to minimize breakage and spoilage;
• Establish and maintain a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment;
• Ensure delivery of 5-star quality and service;
• Interact with guests in dining areas and for all chef table experience;
• Ensure all appropriate workplace regulations, compliances, and legislation regarding health and safety, food preparation standards, and company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times, and
• Enforce the highest standards of professionalism by following the company dress code and highest standards of personal hygiene.
