·       Keeping regular stock of the pantry and ordering supplies when necessary.

·       Keeping a stock inventory record

·       Preparing tasty meals for customers on time

·       Plans menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor.

·       Inspect kitchen and food service areas

·       Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
